Jared Giddens was recommended to my husband and I by a friend at our church. We met with Jared and we immediately felt at ease and confident in his ability to sell our home. The pictures Jared took of our home were outstanding, actually made me want to buy my house. We met with Jared on a Wednesday, signed our listing on Thursday afternoon, pictures taken on Friday as well as the For Sale sign put in our yard. We had multiple showings and three offers presented within one week of our listing being marketed. In this week Jared was in touch regularly and gave feedback from the showings. Before we listed our home we though we wanted to try the for sale by owner route and we are so glad we didn't. Jared was worth every penny of his commission. Jared is professional and he explained each offer and gave us the information we needed to make our decision. Jared never once pressured my wife or me during the process. That's one of the many reasons why he was such a great agent to work with. We had briefly worked with another agent prior to switching to Jared. The other agent, despite my wife and me voicing many negative concerns with the houses we were looking at, asked us if we wanted to make an offer - on numerous occasions. Even during one walk through when we told the other agent that the backyard was too small and that we needed separate living and family room. The other agent was simply interested in 'making the sale.' Jared only asked us once if we wanted to make an offer. That was while he, my wife, and I were standing in the kitchen of a house and we both said that we found our perfect fit. It's the house we ended up buying. Jared also has an extensive knowledge of the real estate market in the Mobile area. He gave us honest opinions and respected our wishes. We asked him to tell us all of the negatives he found in the houses we walked through - first. Then, we looked at the positives. Again, no pressure from Jared. He was honest and upfront with us the entire time. He never once appeared as if he was just trying to make a sale. He treated the homebuying process as if it were he and his wife looking for a house. Oh, in fact, the first house we took Jared through was one that the other agent also walked us through. My wife and I really liked it the first time we walked through it. Jared immediately pointed out that the downstairs floor actually bounced a little and that the upstairs was severely uneven. We missed those important issues during the first walk through with the other agent, who of course, asked if we wanted to make an offer. Jared saved us with that money pit. When we gave him a list of criteria for a potential house, he never once showed us a house that didn't at least match the minimum criteria. If we asked to look at a house that didn't match our criteria, he reminded us that it was missing X or Y. On a couple of occasions, he helped us avoid wasting time walking through houses that didn't match our criteria. He was extremely patient with us. We looked at many houses during the process. He never once appeared frustrated or inconvenienced. I can't say enough good things about Jared and how extremely professional and helpful he was during what was a very stressful time - buying a home. I recommend him to anyone who tells me that they're about the begin the buying or selling process. I hope to never have to sell my home, but if I do, it'll be Jared's name on the sign in our front yard.

Hands down the best realtor in the Mobile area. He was very helpful by answering all our questions in a prompt manner. If he didn't have the answer, he didn't lie. He spent the time to find the answer and got back to us quickly. Jared is realtor that cares about his clients and we will/have recommended him to friends and family.

I found Jared from Zillow. I was looking for a real estate agent who has experience in foreclosure. I called several agents I found on zillow and only Jared returned my phone call. In the past few month, he has helped me purchased three houses. One is auction, one is Hud. He listen to what I am looking for and really be my advocate. We only contact each other by phone and I have not seen him in person. He is smart, professional and know what he is doing. I have running to several 'buyer's agent', but turned into a seller's agent because they are pushing buyer to purchase the house so they can make money. Jared is really a buyer's agent. Zillow asked me to write a review for him and I am more than happy to. Jared saved me a lot of money. I strongly recommend him!!!

We made an offer on a house in Mobile in August and closed in November, but we were in our home in Sarasota the whole time between these two dates. In the meanwhile, there were a lot of details that had to be handled, and Jared handled them all for us, all the while calming our ruffled feathers when we panicked on some of the stuff that came up. Since we are not from this area, we did not know anyone in the real estate business and Jared was the first agent we called. He so impressed us that we had to declare him the one and only agent we wanted to deal with.
